1. How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
2. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I love creating one-of-a-kind items just for you. Please visit our Custom Orders page or contact me directly to discuss your ideas.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact me within 24 hours, I’ll do my best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue—either a replacement or refund.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the United States only. Stay tuned for updates!
6. How do I care for my handmade items?
Generally, hand wash items when possible and avoid harsh chemicals to keep your pieces looking great.
7. Can I return or exchange items?
Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
